We are making our final preparations for the St. Catherine Holiday Wishes Vendor Fair.  Friday, Nov. 22nd, 7-10pm,  10621 S. Kedvale.  Admission is $3, includes 1 raffle ticket.  Appetizers & desserts, cash bar. It is a fun night with over 70 vendors. Hope to see you there!!

This 3 drawer white distressed side table is just the right size for next to a bed or even in a living space next to a chair or sofa. We are kinda obsessed with this hardware.

and of course we love decorating with book stacks and mason jars.

My sister kept the last one we made and she loves it in her basement… here is one that will be for sale soon. Just need to finish it up (this weekend hopefully) and she will be ready for a new home 🙂 !!

We LOVE the idea of converting a dresser to a tv console…a place for all of the electronics and a lot of storage.

and after shopping at a “regular” furniture store last night..this is WAYYYYY cuter than anything there and its real wood !!!

This old dresser turned TV console was created by removing the top drawers and using planks of wood to create a shelf for all of the TV components.  We completely sanded the top of this piece off and re-stained it.  We also stained the planks of wood that were used to make the shelf…we used 3 different colors so each plank is a little different than the one next to it.  It is hard to see the variations in the picture, but it definitely added a little extra character!  Sorry, but this piece is now in my house and I am not giving it up.  But, the good news is we have another dresser that is getting a very similar make-over!
