OUR PROJECTS:  All of our projects are refinished (mostly painted) or repurposed.   We always do the best we can to ensure that all items we sell are in good working condition.  The furniture we sell is all second hand, so you can expect that the items will not be Perfect…and that is really what we LOVE about each piece…it is what adds character and makes each piece unique!

RETURNS: Sorry, there are NO RETURNS.  Please make sure you love it before you buy it.

DELIVERY:  We do not deliver.  If you purchase an item, you are responsible for picking it up.  We are not responsible for any damage to furniture after payments are made.  If you ask to have a piece held for viewing or purchase, we will hold it for 3 days.  After 3 days, we reserve the right to sell it to the next interested party.
